Refund policy

We at Paisano Prints want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Since all our products are custom made to order, we do not keep stock to minimize overproduction and waste.

Therefore, made-to-order items are non-returnable and are considered ‘final sale,’ unless they are: a different product than ordered, the wrong size was sent to you, defective, misprinted, display incorrect graphics, or do not match the item description. In these situations, we will happily replace or fully refund the products.

We accept returns for refunds on ready-stock items. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs for returns, and all eligible return products must include the original packaging, packing slips, and labels. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

RETURNS

To initiate a return for eligible items, you must contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. Email us at help@paisanoprints.com, including your order number and reason for the return or refund request. Please include screenshots and pictures of the product to verify the problem. 

REFUNDS/Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), and they are approved for refund, we will process the credit to your order within 5 working days. For replacements, we will expedite the reproduction and reshipment of the item(s) as quickly as possible.
